Also owned the largerst outstate appraisal firm for farm, ranch and commercial appraisal. IPEX Appraisal was sold to associates in 2014 but is still located in the same office with the real estate company.

Personal
Married to Jeanine, a retired middle school counselor, for 38 years. Two married sons, Jon and Dan, who are both involved in the real estate industry in Overland Park, KS and Omaha, NE. Have lived in Kearney since 1974 and active member of 1st Lutheran Church. Long time member and Past President of local noon Rotary Club. Coached youth sports when my sons were playing including baseball, soccer and football.
