Other areas include stressed financial counseling, business planning, cash flow analysis, negotiation, and appraisal review.

Credit Analyst with Farm Credit Banks of Omaha, 1985-1986. Duties included review of credit applications, appraisals, and compliance to regulations.

Joined Norwest Bank Omaha in 1982 as agricultural loan officer at Omaha, Nebraska. Duties included managing agricultural loan portfolio and managing and liquidating bank owned agricultural properties. Participated in Senior Loan Committee to review all credit requests. Employed 1977-1982 as Area Loan Manager with Equitable Life Assurance Society in Kearney, Nebraska. Duties consisted of appraisal of real estate for loan purposes and loan negotiations. Led discussion groups on various aspects of lending and appraisal.
