The staff at Investment Property Exchange Inc. understands the financial side of business. Both Dave Malone and Stephen R. England have banking experience and regularly are involved in assisting individuals and companies to develop business plans, negotiating and obtaining loans, creating joint venture investments and evaluating cash flow options. During the late 1980's we worked extensively in pre-bankruptcy counseling and solving stressed financial situations.
Some of the projects we have participated are as follows:

- located equity investor for a 73 room new motel.
- obtained financing for the acquisition of a large business with two small manufacturing operations.

- obtained financing for a new franchise restaurant.
- completed business plan for new restaurant and 100 room motel in Omaha.
