Associate Real Estate Broker, Office and Property Management and Closing Agent. Responsibilities include daily management rental and commercial property and closing all the real estate transactions for the office.
Previously the property manager for Realty World Dawes Johnson Realty. Responsibilities were coordinating Property Management for the Company including preparing client reports, payroll, maintain Real Estate Trust account and recruiting new clients.
Before that, working as the secretary for Ball Real Estate and in 1981 began as property manager in Kearney, Nebraska. Duties included handling all rent collections, leasing, maintenance and overseeing the general management of all projects.
