We are different than the typical real estate firm that takes on many properties and clients at one time and gets paid by closing only a small portion of their listings. - Marketed Cherry County, Nebraska 25,000 acre ranch which required six exchanges in process
- Acquired and rehabilitated 24 and 16 unit apartment buildings in Lexington, Nebraska
- Located Office Buildings in Waco and Abilene, Texas for a client from San Diego and acquired for $2.65M
- Marketed full Service Ramada Inn in Des Moines, Iowa for Nebraska lender owner.
- Completed IRC 1031 exchange of farm for (2) fourplexes for lady needing more monthly income
- Determined alternatives and purchased land for new Kearney park by Omaha donors.
-Marketed large irrigated farm at Scottsbluff, NE by exchanging to Church for donated parcels and cash
- Sold 320 acre farm at auction for University of Nebraska Lincoln to fund Journalism School
- Acquired land for new Country Inns & Suites and located a joint venture partner for the project
- Purchased large 2950 cow operating dairy in South Dakota for California clients.
