Investment Property Exchange Inc.(IPEX) was started in the fall of 1983 by Stephen R. England. The name of the company was selected because Mr. England had become known for his expertise in IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and wanted to make this knowledge available to clients. Over the years IPEX has adapted to the needs in the marketplace. Economic conditions change and it has been the goal of IPEX to keep ahead of the changing trends and provide client services that are needed at that specific stretch in time. Therefore the staff at IPEX has developed expertise in numerous areas. Whether it is in the Agricultural industry such as farms, ranches and dairies or in the Commercial arena such as motels, strip centers, restaurants and apartments, we have acquired the knowledge needed to sell, buy, exchange, manage, and appraise. We regularly advise our clients concerning numerous types of real
estate and business investments.
IPEX has developed a national reputation, perspective and network. The staff has closed and worked on projects from Arizona to Iowa, Chicago to St. Louis, North Dakota to Texas and California to Wyoming. Mr. England regularly attends National Marketing Sessions held all over the United States where he represents the interests of clients in buying, selling, exchanging or locating specific expertise to solve a problem.
